It was a busy week at Rash Field, as Whiting-Turner and its subcontractors completed their first week of construction. Last week, construction crews began building a new electrical transformer pad that will supply the Inner Harbor with power throughout construction. Residents and visitors will also notice a big change to the site – a construction fence that extends from the Maryland Science Center parking lot to the edge of the bleachers. This area of the park will be off limits before the fence expands to cover the entire Phase I construction site this summer.
