WATERFRONT PERFORMER PROGRAM
We are pleased to present the Waterfront Street Performers – magicians, jugglers, unicycles, musicians, aerialists, and more – we have them all at the Waterfront! These dedicated performers are here to entertain you daily at the Harborplace Amphitheater, Constellation Dock, and Bicentennial Plaza May through October.

Please Note: The Waterfront Street Performer Program is closed through 2021.
Waterfront Partnership welcomes a variety of groups and acts to participate in our Street Performer program. Selected acts will perform at the Harborplace Amphitheater, Constellation Pier, or Bicentennial Plaza all located at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.
Auditions are scheduled by invitation after application is made. If selected our program manager will contact you for scheduling. Applications are open to individuals over 18 years of age who have an entertainment program appropriate for the general public. An entertainment program means any artistic exhibition such as juggling, mime, magic, music (vocal and instrumental), dance, puppetry, comedy, acrobatic stunts, circus acts, or interactive visual arts. Performers are selected on the basis of the quality of their performance and its suitability for the Waterfront audience without regard to race, color, creed, national origin or any other protected classification.

Waterfront Partnership welcomes a variety of school groups and cultural acts to perform at the Baltimore Waterfront. To be considered, please click the APPLY button below to access the application and submit the non-refundable application fee. Due to COVID safety precautions, please send an email to email@example.com prior to completing an application to ensure your group can be permitted to perform.
The Baltimore Waterfront Musical Performance Program is reserved solely for school and cultural groups. Since this is an outdoor venue, all performances take place weather permitting.The Harborplace Amphitheater is a family-friendly venue. Abusive, profane, threatening, or indecent language and acts are strictly prohibited. All performance groups and acts will be working for donations/tips only.
