Waterfront Wellness is an annual series designed to make health and wellness easy for our local community. Medifast and its community of independent OPTAVIA coaches, have a shared mission to offer the world “Lifelong Transformation, One Healthy Habit at a Time®.” This mission is brought to life through free fitness programming and healthy living tips and supports a healthier future in our neighborhoods and the harbor. Together, Medifast and Waterfront Partnership hope to ignite healthy habits within our community!

Waterfront Wellness Classes have returned to West Shore Park!

To enforce social distancing, participants will need to register for EACH class. Classes will be limited to 25 participants each. Click the button below to set up a free account, or if you’re already registered, sign in to your account and sign up for your next class!

Please read the following safety measures for fitness classes:

  • Each class will open 3 days ahead of time for registrations (Saturday classes will open on Wednesdays for registrations, Sunday classes will open on Thursdays, Monday classes will open on Fridays, and Tuesday classes will open on Saturdays).
  • Waterfront Partnership Guides will be on site to manage class sizes, check in participants, and help enforce social distancing.
  • Physical distancing spaces are marked 8 ft. apart. Please stay within your designated area to maintain a safe distance from other participants.
  • Masks are always required except while exercising in the designated areas.
  • Please bring your own water, towel and yoga mat.
  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available.
  • Please do not to congregate in large groups before or after class.
  • Arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting to ensure a smooth and timely check-in process.

Saturday Mornings

8:00am – Bootcamp with XPF

Bootcamp is designed to give you an intense full body workout in the shortest time possible. Implementing the progressive, personal style of the XPF system; you’ll be training using athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, and much more. Expect to lose weight, improve your overall fitness level and have fun!

9:00am – Dance2Fitness with XPF

Dance2Fitness is not a chore or punishment. It feels like you’re dancing with your friends at a party. 55 min of great music & crazy energy, combining dance & exercise moves PACKED into a FUN workout!

Sunday Mornings

8:00am – All Levels Yoga with YogaWorks

Accessible to all levels of practitioners, this class will fuse traditional vinyasa yoga with mobility exercises and movements that promote strength and stability. Guidance regarding breath, alignment, and engagement will be provided to support the development of a strong and safe practice. In respect of social distancing, the teacher will remain on their mat to ensure your safety and comfort. Come nourish your body and mind with a fun, safe and supportive yoga experience!

9:00am – All Levels Yoga with YogaWorks

Monday Evenings

6:00pm – Line Dance to Fitness with Spirit Feet

Stepping into Greater Health  
“Dancing in the Spirit to Build a Better You”
A total body wellness exercise program designed to serve the unique “You” for overall health enrichment done through line dance and fitness movements. Helps bring basic health concerns under control with weight loss, calorie burning, increased energy & mental health, fun fellowship.

Tuesday Evenings

5:30pm – Bootcamp with Federal Hill Fitness

Release some COVID stress! Give us 45mins and we will return the favor in sweat, fun & muscle fatigue.  Expect a mix of plyometrics, cardio and core work, with many modifications offered.  All fitness levels welcome!  No equipment will be used, masks and distancing required.  Please bring a water bottle and a towel!
