FREE fitness classes have returned to Baltimore’s Waterfront
Join us this summer for free outdoor fitness classes! Classes run weekly from June 5 – September 30, 2021 (weather permitting). Due to safety guidelines and to help manage class sizes, all participants must pre-register for each class. Waterfront Wellness is an annual series designed to make health and wellness easy for our local community. Medifast and its community of independent OPTAVIA coaches, have a shared mission to offer the world “Lifelong Transformation, One Healthy Habit at a Time®.” This mission is brought to life through free fitness programming and healthy living tips and supports a healthier future in our neighborhoods and the harbor. Together, Medifast and Waterfront Partnership hope to ignite healthy habits within our community!

Bootcamp with XPF
Bootcamp is designed to give you an intense full body workout in the shortest time possible. Implementing the progressive, personal style of the XPF system; you’ll be training using athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, and much more. Expect to lose weight, improve your overall fitness level and have fun!

Dance2Fitness with XPF
Dance2Fitness is not a chore or punishment. It feels like you’re dancing with your friends at a party. 55 min of great music & crazy energy, combining dance & exercise moves PACKED into a FUN workout!

Yoga with Bikram Yoga Works
Enjoy your favorite 26 postures perfectly blended with power vinyasa flow for an added aerobic element. You will feel wiped yet fulfilled, it will be exactly what you need! Come well-hydrated and ready to SWEAT!!

Low Impact Bootcamp with Fed Hill Fitness
Ready to release all that COVID-19 related stress? This Outdoor Low Impact Bootcamp is for you! Give us 45mins and we will return the favor in sweat, fun and muscle fatigue. Expect the unexpected, with a mix of plyometrics, cardio and core work that continually changes and challenges. Modifications offered for any limitations, all fitness levels welcome. Bring a towel and water bottle, you will need it!

HIIT with My Trainer Guy
Get whipped into shape and challenge your competitive spirit. Group training offers you that personal training touch in a group setting. Workout with friends or become part of an elite group that likes to take things to the next level.

HIIT & Core with Let’s Go Fitness
This class includes a combination of low-impact HIIT and core exercises. All levels welcome.

Yoga with Breathing Dragon Yoga
Come sweat with the Dragons! Breathing Dragon Yoga is Baltimore’s newest hot yoga studio and is proud to offer your favorite styles of yoga, Dragon Style! They offer a variety of yoga classes from Dragon Epic (Original Hot Yoga, which is Hatha Yoga in the Heat) to Dragon Power Flow (Vinyasa Flow) to Dragon Yin/Yang classes. They can’t wait to introduce you to all the different styles of yoga that they offer!
