Spirit Feet: Line Dance to Fitness
A total body wellness exercise program designed to serve the unique “You” for overall health enrichment done through line dance and fitness movements. This class helps bring basic health concerns under control with weight loss, calorie burning, increased energy, and mental health.

Free Baltimore Yoga offers virtual classes and livestream classes on their Facebook Page facebook.com/freebaltimoreyoga. All classes are 45 minutes to one-hour in length, and suitable for all levels of practitioner. Class times are Tuesdays at 6pm, Thursdays at 6:30pm, and Saturdays at 10:00am

FIT4MOM is a community of moms who support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy through postpartum and beyond, their fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit. FIT4MOM has 1-3 class offerings 7 days a week in real time via Zoom. While their workouts cater to the female body during and after pregnancy, they also occasionally have a “Family Class” intended for all parents (dads too!) and kiddos in the house.
