Mr. Trash Wheel Fan Fest

We partied Trash Wheel style last month at Mr. Trash Wheel Fan Fest!

This event is one of our favorites, bringing together Trash Wheel fans from all across the city and state! It is part celebration of the trash wheels and their impact on the harbor, part community celebration, and part fundraiser for Healthy Harbor programming.

Attendees were invited to create their own Trash Wheel hats and accessories at our crafts table and color in some Trash Wheel illustrations. It was so fun to see everyone’s creative side come out!

Members of the Waterfront Partnership team came together to form a new band, The Lost Pythons! The Pythons performed a set of trash-wheel related songs at the event, including the famous “Mr. Trash Wheel" song.

The event was held at Peabody Heights Brewery, home of the Mr. Trash Wheel beer. Thank you to Peabody for hosting us and thank you to everyone for coming!
