Music & Performers

  • Kee Bee got her start performing with the Baltimore Arena Players. Acting led to her love and affection for music. She began DJing at the age of 14 when her neighbor, the infamous, Dj Lil Mic would allow her to mess around on the turntables; back then, it was actual vinyls, no advanced technology yet. The year was 1994 but she had been making mixtapes long before that. She received her big break when she was asked to DJ for The Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation in Atlanta, Georgia. From there it’s been up!

  • Musical artist and performer Adwoa Ansah-Brew is a fresh new voice in alternative R&B and afrosoul from PG county Maryland. Born into an immigrant family, her music touches everyone who has experienced the rush of new love, heartache, and walling oneself off from hurt. Some of her songs are not lessons, but simply colors celebrating elastic leaps between musical genres, from hip hop to jazz to folk. Adwoa's dreamy introspective music and lyrics mystically transcend the boundaries of class, gender, and levels of sensuality and spirituality. Crushed by the untimely death of her father Master Drummer Kwame Ansah-Brew, she keeps close the musical lessons he taught her and the joy of reconnecting people with their own emotions through music, and we walk away assured that a new friend--or new love--is just around the corner.

  • The self-proclaimed "Trap

have performed for such a vast
