Join Mayor Scott in and city officials, residents, and cultural leaders in honoring Baltimore’s rich heritage and history during this year’s Black History Month Parade. Lead by Grand Marshal Ebony M. Thompson, the parade will begin at MLK Jr. Blvd & Eutaw St at 12PM. Participants and viewers are encouraged to wear clothing that pays tribute to the iconic figures who have shaped our nation.
