Lower Jones Falls + Inner Harbor Stakeholder Meeting

  • MICA Brown Center 1301 West Mount Royal Avenue Baltimore, MD, 21217 United States (map)

Come lend your voice and help shape the future of the Jones Falls watershed.

Volunteers and environmental leaders in Baltimore are co-creating a landmark Strategic Plan for the future of the Jones Falls and its connected waterways.

This community-led effort is calling on residents, local businesses, community groups, and everyone with a stake in the future of the falls to join us at our strategic planning meetings.

These meetings are designed to provide space for all interested parties to come together and imagine a brighter future for the all parts of the watershed. Participants will be part of breakout discussions around two topics of interest from our five focus areas:

  1. Water Quality & Stream Health

  2. Habitat & Biodiversity

  3. Access, Recreation & Public Space

  4. Land Use, Infrastructure & Flooding

  5. History, Culture & Community Stewardship

The first round of meetings are geographically focused. We encourage you to attend the session for the area where you live, work, or study.

This meeting will focus on the Lower part of the Falls and the Inner Harbor, which spans which spans the breadth of the watershed between the harbor to Northern Parkway.
