Groove Garden returns for another outdoor summer celebration in Baltimore, this time featuring ToBeHonest on Saturday, July 25th. After two sold-out Groove Gardens this season, Offstage is bringing the series back with another open-air day party built around house music, community, dancing, and everything that makes summer in Baltimore feel special.
