What’s New At Rash Field Park? July Construction Update

T-minus one month until the opening of Rash Field Park Phase II, and we can’t wait to show off all the work we did in the past year and a half!

Throughout the month of August our partners at Plano Coudon and Mahan Rykeil will be putting the finishing touches on the park to get it ready for all the fun events and activities we have planned later this year! The new expansion of the park will bring lots of new recreation spaces, including brand-new pickleball courts and volleyball courts, lush gardens, and sprawling open green spaces for the whole community to relax and play.

Despite construction, Rash Field Phase 1 will remain open, and we will continue to host all the community events you know and love. We’re excited to share the progression of the project through our weekly documentation of the site with the Baltimore community. Phase 2 is expected to be ready for outdoor fun and programming around Labor Day of 2026.
