Featuring iconic trailblazers from Collective Minds, including Wayne Davis, DJ Oji, DJ Thommy Davis, DJ Meesh, and Biskit himself, this festival promises nonstop grooves, timeless beats, and a waterfront dance floor like no other.
Baltimore by Baltimore is a series of four all-day festivals that serve as a platform for Baltimore’s all-star artists, makers, and creatives to showcase our diverse and creative communities to the world!

THE HARBOR
Brian Hardy, aka DJ Biskit, is a Baltimore house music legend with over 45 years behind the decks. Known for his seamless blends, deep crates, and the power to move a crowd, Biskit built his legacy spinning at iconic venues like Odell’s, Cignals, Godfrey’s, and the Paradox. He got his start at just 10 years old, DJing basement parties at Morgan State, earning the title “King of the Basement” in Northeast Baltimore. He’s held residencies at Pulse, Safari, Identity, and Silver Shadows, and continues to keep the spirit alive with his monthly party, Elevation.
At House at the Harbor, Biskit joins legends like Wayne Davis, DJ Oji, DJ Thommy Davis, and newcomer DJ Meesh for a full day of soul-shaking beats and waterfront grooves. Great music transcends genres, shaping a new sound that Biskit and his fellow DJs are so famous for. Bring a chair, but don’t plan on sitting down.
“I was lucky to be a DJ in the time when hip-hop was emerging, and this growing sound coming out of Chicago called house music. I fell in love with it immediately! But in the 80’s, if you wanted to make money DJ’ing, you had to play EVERYTHING because there were so many other sounds that people liked”.
