Resistance Cycle - We are raising the bar on what you can expect from your spin class, and we want you along for the ride! Challenge yourself to push your limits through indoor cycling classes mixed with upper body toning.
XPF - Elevate your lower body and core training with "Ass and Abs," where precision meets intensity. This class is crafted to target the glutes, legs, and core, focusing on form, control, and endurance.
The Furious Bongos Performing Frank Zappa
A Frank Zappa project that pays respect to Zappa's legacy but is also new and different and FUN, with plenty of eyebrows.
Astronaut Symphony at Keystone Korner
Astronaut Symphony performances are a vibrant burst of bass-driven futuristic space music. Imagine the power of a supernova set to a beat. Led by pianist, composer and lyricist, Scott Patterson, voice, sound design and live instrumentation are used to create a lush cosmic soundscape. Infused with the essence of opera, funk and rock, the music transcends the expected, taking audiences into uncharted territory. In keeping with its futuristic roots, members of the Astronaut Symphony straddle multiple generations. Patterson’s two children, one on electric guitar and the other on alto saxophone, traverse the cosmos while at their father’s side. Drawing from the brilliance of Alice Coltrane, Sun Ra and Earth, Wind & Fire, the Astronaut Symphony invites audiences to explore love, liberation and the ways in which we navigate our relationship to our planet, our solar system and beyond.

A new tradition is taking over Harbor East. The Magic of Merryland begins on November 22nd with an iconic celebration filled with live music, holiday treats, and festive fun for the entire family. The story of Pieces Of A Dream, who has opened for such luminaries as Miles Davis, Count Basie and James Brown, is a tale of destiny and brotherhood. Plastic People Film Screening and Panel Discussion
Join Patagonia and the Maryland Bottle Bill Coalition for a screening of the "Plastic People", an 80-minute documentary about the prevalence of microplastics and their impact on human health.
Before the film, enjoy free food and drinks, and an exhibition focused on ways to reduce plastic consumption. There will be a panel discussion with subject matter experts from multiple organizations working to reduce plastic pollution in Maryland.
