Mr. Trash Wheel's Cash for Trash
Waterfront Partnership’s Healthy Harbor Initiative, along with a coalition of environmental partners, invites you to exchange clean and empty beverage containers for cold hard cash at Mr. Trash Wheel’s first ever Cash for Trash event.
Bring your containers (cans and bottles less than 1 gallon) to Peabody Heights Brewery on Saturday, January 31st from 12PM – 3PM. Containers will be counted and redeemed for 10¢ a piece, with a 1,000-container per household limit.
Partner organizations will be on-site to share how a Maryland Bottle Bill works, why its effective, and what it could mean for Maryland communities and waterways.
Mr. Trash Wheel's Dumpster Dive
Our annual Dumpster Dive returns on Saturday, November 15th!
Roll up your sleeves and join us at the Baltimore Community Toolbank to help sort and count an entire dumpster of Mr. Trash Wheel's intercepted litter.
MD Bottle Bill Rally
Join Mr. Trash Wheel and a coalition of partners to rally for a Maryland Bottle Bill at Lawyer's Mall in Annapolis Friday, Febraury 14, 2025. You will hear directly from the bill sponsors, show you support the Bottle Bill, and join in a Mr. Trash Wheel sing-along. Bring your own signs to show support for a cleaner Maryland!
No Water No Beer Days: Public Speaker Series
Join us as we welcome Adam Lindquist to present the creative and innovative approaches Waterfront Partnership implements to clean and restore Baltimore's Inner Harbor while forging new partnerships, overcoming apathy, and adding googly-eyes to as much infrastructure as possible.
