Harbor East offers free holiday parking from November 23 through December 24 with $100 of same day receipts from Harbor East businesses. When visitiors arrive in Harbor East, they will have to park in any of the below garages and begin a parking session as prompted. When your shopping is completed and $100 is spent, store managers will provide you a promo code to validate your parking. Code must be used on an active parking session.

Receive a discount code to park at Premium Parking – Harborplace at 101 S. Calvert Street when you book your Ice Rink Tickets in advance online. During your next visit, (1) park at the garage, (2) confirm your parking session details, (3) then enter the code provided in your Ice Rink reservation receipt during checkout.

How to redeem (two easy options):
QR at Christmas Village (recommended): Park at Harbor Court Garage, then scan the discount QR code at the Carousel or at the Information Booth (inside the heated tent) at Christmas Village after you’ve parked. Follow the on-screen steps to activate the $15 all-day rate.
Web kiosk alternative: While your car is still in the garage, click this validation link and enter your license plate to apply the discount.
Valid on event days for same-day parking only; no overnight parking.

Lockwood Place Garage – $10/day

How to redeem (barcode method):
1. Take a ticket when you enter the garage.
2. Take a photo of the discount barcode for Lockwood Place Garage at Christmas Village - at the Carousel and Information Booth and in the garage.
3. When you exit, scan your ticket at the pay station/exit gate as normal. Hold a photo of the discount barcode up to the scanner.
4. The rate will automatically reduce to $10.
Valid on event days for same-day parking only; no overnight parking.

The National Aquarium has three official parking partners nearby—Harbor Park Garage, LAZ Inner Harbor Garage and Parkway Lockwood Place Garage. These garages offer discounted parking rates for National Aquarium guests and members. Guests and members must validate their parking ticket inside the Aquarium to receive the discount.
National Aquarium members receive the most generous parking discount at our partner garages. For information about the member parking discount, please visit the membership page.
There is an early-bird parking discount for those who park in these garages before 9 am, Monday through Friday. If you arrive before this time, we recommend you do not validate your parking ticket at the Aquarium, as that will override the early-bird parking discounts.
All three garages provide accessible parking spaces. Also, on-street parking is available with ADA-compliant meters.

Parking Discount Instructions:
How to receive in-person parking discount at our partner garages:
1. Enter the chosen garage by taking a ticket and parking. Be sure to bring the ticket with you into the Aquarium.
2. Get your parking ticket validated at the end of your visit before you exit the Aquarium.
3. Take the validated ticket to the parking garage lobby, and the automated machines will discount the parking based on your length of stay.
For general admission ticketholders, if you reserve your parking online in advance, the rate you are charged is the discounted Aquarium guest rate. For National Aquarium members, please do not reserve parking online in advance as we are then unable to provide the member discount.
