Construction has Begun on Phase II of Rash Field Park!

We’re excited to announce that construction has started on Phase II of Rash Field Park!

This next phase of Rash Field Park will bring more recreational and green space to the Inner Harbor, with the addition of native gardens, beach volleyball and pickle ball courts, and a sprawling lawn.

After a rigorous RFP process, Plano Coudon Construction was chosen as the general contractor for the next Phase of the park.  Located in Baltimore City, just a few miles from the park, Plano Coudon boasts extensive experience in the construction of Baltimore City Parks, including the Druid Hill Park Aquatic Center, the C. C. Jackson Rec Center, and the Pompeian Janney Street Park.  With their commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability, we are excited to have Plano Coudon leading this project.

The development of Rash Field Park Phase II represents a unique collaborative process between non profits, local government, neighbors, and businesses, who were all involved in creating the vision for the park's future. The prioritization of public feedback and engagement is at that the core of our mission.

Don’t worry, Phase I of the park will remain open during construction, and we will continue hosting all the community events you love.
