What’s New At Rash Field Park? March Construction Update

Weekly site photos taken from BGE Pavilion throughout February 2025

March is here, and despite the chilly air and this week’s flurry, spring is on its way. This past month was a challenging month for construction at Rash Field due to snowy conditions and low temperatures. Through all the weather related obstacles the Plano-Coudon team has continued to move this project forward!

Throughout February the team has almost completely finished all underground work, as well as site grading on the west end. We are looking forward to some warmer, drier days to start getting concrete poured. As soon as that happens, this shape of this park is really going to open up before our eyes with the installation of various hardscaped areas on the west side, and the hauling-in of soil for the native plantings throughout the park.

Despite construction, Rash Field Phase 1 will remain open, and we will continue to host all the community events you know and love. We’re excited to see some significant changes in our weekly documentation of the site to share with the Baltimore community.
